Online support on offer for people living with arthritis

Online support is on offer for adults living with arthritis in the coming weeks.

Arthritis Action groups, run on Zoom, are friendly and welcome new attendees to meet other people living with arthritis and share tips and experiences. They also discuss a variety of self-management techniques.

Coffee mornings - like the one planned for this Friday (January 14) don’t have a set topic - they are a chance for people to chat informally and get to know each other a little more.

Online groups are designed with accessibility in mind, and Arthritis Action now offers closed captions to online events. To take part, you will need an internet connection, but use of video is optional.

Upcoming meetings

Friday January 14, 11am: Online Coffee Morning

Monday January 17, 6pm: Evening Online Group
