The neurodevelopmental team in CAMHS at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust has put together the pages with the aim of supporting families on the waiting list.

The web pages have been developed in partnership with the charity sector and parents.

Charlotte Hunter-Didrichsen, Assistant Psychologist with CAMHS, said: “The joint approach of developing these web pages has been key.

“It has allowed us to make sure that they are delivering the information that parents are looking for. The webpages aim to support the referral process as well as offer a resource hub that caters to the needs of our families.”

Amy Jones, SEND co-ordinator at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, said “Parents can expect to find lots of information about support available to them on a range of topics, information on the referral process, information to support them prepare their child for the assessment process and much more.”
