Happy, Healthy, at Home: A plan for the future of health and care in Bradford District and Craven

In 2017 we led a project called The Big Conversation, to find out from local people what mattered most for the future of health and care. What people told us became the foundation of the plan for health and wellbeing in Bradford district and Craven.

Background

Throughout July and August 2017, we worked on behalf of local health and care partners to create a conversation with local people about the future of health and social care.

We talked with individuals at outreach sessions in public locations e.g. transport hubs, and encouraged completion of a survey. We also visited groups in the voluntary and community sector and held group discussion sessions.

What people told us became the foundation of the plan for health and wellbeing in Bradford district and Craven - the Happy, Healthy, at Home strategy.
